Every Innamoramento piece is supported by a lifetime structural warranty. This reflects our commitment to long-term ownership, repairability, and trust.

1. Lifetime Structural Warranty

Innamoramento provides a lifetime warranty covering structural manufacturing issues under normal use.

2. What Is Covered

  • Structural integrity of the body
  • Handle connection points
  • Hinges and opening mechanisms
  • Closures and magnets
  • Manufacturing defects affecting usability

3. What We Will Do

If a covered issue is confirmed, we may repair the piece, replace the affected component, or replace the product if repair is not possible.

4. What Is Not Covered

Scratches, cosmetic wear, surface aging, drops, impact, heat damage, chemical exposure, water damage, improper storage, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by third-party repair attempts.

5. Surface Finish

Gloss, polish, and surface appearance may naturally change with use. Cosmetic wear is not considered a structural defect.

6. Proof of Purchase

Warranty service may require proof of purchase, order number, or customer details.
