All Innamoramento pieces are eligible for lifetime servicing, regardless of warranty status.

We may repair structural issues, damaged components, hinges, closures, handle connections, or internal fittings.

Where possible, we may offer polishing, gloss recovery, surface refinement, or refinishing.

We may replace magnets, closures, hinge components, internal fittings, or other functional elements depending on model availability.

Damage outside warranty coverage may be repairable for a service fee. A quote will always be provided before any paid work begins.

Severe impact damage, heat deformation, chemical damage, deep structural cracks, or heavily modified pieces may not always be repairable.

Typical servicing time is 7–21 business days after the item is received, depending on complexity and material availability.
