Shipping & Returns

Each Innamoramento order is prepared with care. Shipping and returns are handled with attention to condition, packaging, and customer experience.

1. Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items may require up to 7 business days before dispatch.

Limited drops may require additional preparation time depending on demand.

2. Delivery

Delivery time depends on destination, courier, customs, and external logistics conditions. Tracking will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

5. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and in original packaging with all included accessories, dust bag, cards, and protective materials.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, modified, or final-sale pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, order number, and description of the issue.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error.
